November has been full of change already!
Watch the November update video HERE! We had our first real snowfall here in Iowa (brrr!), but I’m crossing my fingers for some milder weather soon. Thanksgiving is coming up and it's my favorite holiday, and even though it’ll look a little different for our family this year, I’m looking forward to the quiet coziness of it all. On the health front, I’m officially eight weeks post-surgery and feeling so much better! The difference is honestly amazing. Thank you for all the kind words, patience, and support. It has meant the world to me! If you're not sure what I'm talking about, check out my 3 Week post surgery video HERE.
And speaking of new beginnings… I have a fun announcement!
I’ve officially relaunched my podcast with a new show called Behind the Skeins with Shannon. Here I talk about the ups and downs of being a content creator in the fiber world. Whether you’re thinking about starting a YouTube channel, growing your creative platform, or just curious about what goes on behind the scenes, this podcast is for you.
There are already five episodes live (because I couldn’t stop once I started!), and next Thursday’s episode features a very special guest: my husband! Yes, he finally agreed to chat with me about what it’s like to live with a yarn content creator. Let’s just say… it was entertaining.
